Founder and Leadership 

The founder of KAZEHI, Ozan Pınar, is a civil engineer with a master's degree from Istanbul Technical University. For more than 25 years, he has worked in the fields of earthquake engineering, project management, and large-scale international construction projects.

His core expertise includes seismic isolation, project coordination in healthcare and public buildings, infrastructure projects, and rapid construction solutions. He has led pioneering earthquake isolator projects in Turkey, such as those implemented at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital.

Pınar is also an active member of platforms such as the Turkish Earthquake Isolation Association, the Construction Law Association, and AFAD. Under the brand "DepremKoçu" (EarthquakeCoach), he carries out public awareness and educational activities.
